The controller of personal data collected through the ATVero platform is DMA SIN S.R.L., registered office at Str. Schiorilor nr. 3, Sinaia, Prahova County, Romania, CUI 51357661, trade registry no. J2025013910007. For any question about your data, you can reach us at contact@atvero.ro.
When you make a booking, we collect: your name, phone number, and, optionally, your email address. We do not collect payment data — payment is made directly at the ATV center.
We process this data for the performance of the contract between you and the chosen ATV center, intermediated through our platform (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR).
Your booking data is passed to the ATV center you chose, which in turn becomes a separate data controller for the purpose of performing the contract directly with you.
We use the following providers (processors) to operate the platform: Supabase (database hosting, servers in the EU — Frankfurt, Germany), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery).
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@atvero.ro.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, if you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable law.
