ATVero is an online intermediation platform that connects tourists with ATV and buggy rental and tour centers across Romania. The rental contract, or the contract for participating in a tour, is concluded directly between the client and the chosen ATV center, not between the client and ATVero. ATVero is not a party to that contract.
ATVero does not process payments. Payment for booked services is made directly at the ATV center, according to the payment methods it accepts (cash, card, etc.).
ATVero is not liable for the quality of services provided, the technical condition of vehicles, the safety of tours, or any incident occurring during their course. These matters are the sole responsibility of the partner ATV center, which alone is responsible for the safe organization and conduct of the activity.
A booking submitted through ATVero is a booking request. The booking becomes firm only once it is confirmed by the chosen ATV center, usually by phone.
Cancelling or changing a booking is done directly with the ATV center where it was made, according to that center's own cancellation policy.
ATV centers that list their services on ATVero get the first 6 months free, followed by a fixed monthly subscription, with no commission on bookings made through the platform.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the ATVero platform falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sinaia, Romania.
